Overview
The Argon StabiFlow® ONE assembly contains multiple components. The exploded view and parts list below help identify all relevant parts for cleaning and maintenance.
An important part of maintenance is the cleaning of all parts that come in contact with water.
Apart from cleaning the sensors, all assemblies, pipes and tubes, filters, flow meters, stopcocks, valves, and related wetted parts should be cleaned as needed to ensure proper functionality. Cleaning frequency depends on water quality and local operating standards.
Coatings, deposits, and biofilm can reduce measurement quality, restrict water flow, and potentially damage sensors and assembly components.
Note: It is recommended to use only water and, if needed, a soft brush for cleaning. Many synthetic materials can be affected by acids or organic solvents.
Screen Cleaning (Argon StabiFlow® ONE)
The Argon StabiFlow® ONE assembly uses a screen. To clean the screen:
- Unscrew the inlet connection carefully.
- Remove the screen element.
- Rinse the screen with clean water.
- Reassemble all components and ensure all seals are in the correct position.
Important: During reassembly, verify that each O-ring and sealing surface is clean, undamaged, and seated correctly.
Note: If suspended solids are present in the water, install an upstream backwash filter to protect the assembly and reduce maintenance effort.

Maintenance Notes
- Inspect wetted components regularly for deposits and contamination.
- Increase cleaning intervals for high-load or poor-quality water.
- Replace damaged O-rings and seals immediately.
- After maintenance, verify leak-tightness and stable flow.
