The ZIRKON® ONE sensor series is designed specifically for the NEON® ONE platform. All sensors feature a uniform design with intelligent connectivity for reliable water quality measurement.

Sensor Details

ZIRKON® ONE FT (Flow & Temperature)

ZIRKON® ONE FT

Included in every KRYPTON® ONE system. Monitors water flow and measures temperature for compensation of other measurements.

Function: Flow monitoring + temperature measurement
Position: Dedicated slot in STABIFLOW® ONE
Purpose: Ensures stable flow conditions and provides temperature compensation

ZIRKON® ONE pH Universal

High-precision pH sensor for universal water quality applications.

Range: 0–14 pH
Calibration: 2-point calibration with buffer solutions (pH 4, 7, or 10)
Applications: Drinking water, process water, pools

ZIRKON® ONE DIS (Disinfection)

Digital sensor for disinfection measurement using amperometric technology.

Measures: Free chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, Ozone
Range: 0–20 mg/L
Calibration: Water sample calibration with reference measurement (DPD)
Special: Supports ASR® (Automatic Sensor Cleaning)
Installation note: Must be installed in the last chamber of STABIFLOW® ONE when using ASR®

ZIRKON® ONE TCL/Biocides

Specialized sensor for total chlorine and biocide monitoring.

Measures: Total chlorine, Biocides
Range: 0–20 mg/L
Calibration: Water sample calibration with reference measurement
Applications: Process water, cooling water, industrial applications

ZIRKON® ONE ORP Universal

High-accuracy oxidation-reduction potential sensor.

Range: −1500 to +1500 mV
Calibration: Typically not required; can be validated with redox standard solutions (e.g., 220 mV or 468 mV)
Applications: Disinfection monitoring, process control

ZIRKON® ONE EC (Conductivity)

High-accuracy conductivity sensor for water quality monitoring.

Range: 0–3 mS/cm
Calibration: Standard conductivity solutions (e.g., 1413 μS/cm, 500 μS/cm) or reference measurement
Applications: RO systems, process water, quality monitoring

ZIRKON® ONE Sulfite

Digital sensor for sulfite concentration measurement.

Range: 0–20 mg/L
Calibration: Water sample calibration
Applications: Boiler water treatment, deoxygenation processes

Sensor Installation

Insert the sensor into the threaded port on STABIFLOW® ONE
O-rings are pre-installed – hand-tighten only
Attach the NEON® ONE NODE onto the sensor head (click-fit)
Verify NODE LED shows solid green
