Calibration Procedure - NEON® ONE (DIS)

Overview

This article describes water-sample calibration for ZIRKON® ONE DIS on NEON® ONE / KRYPTON® ONE.

Procedure

1. Open Sensor Details > Cal.
2. Select Water Sample Calibration.
3. Take sample near measuring point.
4. Measure reference value (DPD), ideally 3 repeats and average.
5. Enter value and confirm calibration.

Technical Note

NEON® ONE uses a slope correction factor (default around 1.0), not legacy mV/ppm display logic.

Important

• Calibrate only with stable flow.
• Do not calibrate during ASR cleaning or immediately after ASR.
• Use clean sensor surfaces before calibration.
