Overview
The NEON® ONE features a built-in Wi-Fi Access Point that allows you to connect directly to the device using your smartphone. This local connection enables you to:
- Upload or download system settings
- Download measurement data
- Upload software updates
Note: This feature creates a direct local connection between your phone and the NEON® ONE – no internet or external network is required.

Quick Reference

Requirements
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with camera
- For software updates: Download update file from Kuntze Partner Portal beforehand
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Phone won't connect | Disable mobile data first, then scan QR Code 1 |
| "No internet" warning | Normal – accept the connection |
| Browser doesn't open | Ensure Wi-Fi is connected, scan QR Code 2 again |
