Overview
The NEON® ONE features integrated Cloud Connect® access, allowing you to monitor and manage your device remotely from anywhere in the world.
With Cloud Connect® you can:
- Monitor live measurement values from anywhere
- View alarms and notifications in real-time
- Access historical data and trends
- Receive weekly reports via email
- Export data for analysis
Connection Options

Setting Up Cloud Connect®
Step 1: Connect to Internet
For Ethernet:
- Connect an Ethernet cable to the NEON® ONE network port
- Ensure the network has internet access
- The device will automatically obtain an IP address (DHCP)
For GSM:
- Install the GSM modem (available from Kuntze)
- Insert a SIM card with active data plan (also available from Kuntze)
- Configure APN settings if required
- The device will connect to the mobile network
Step 2: Verify Connection Status
- Go to Main Menu → Remote Access
- Check the connection status
- A successful connection shows "Connected" or a green indicator
Step 3: Access Cloud Connect® Portal
- Open cloud-connect.cloud in your web browser
- Log in with your Cloud Connect® credentials
- Your NEON® ONE appears in the Gateway overview list

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |

| Device not appearing in Gateway list | Check network/internet connection; verify connection status in Remote Access menu |
| Cannot connect via Ethernet | Check cable connection; verify network has DHCP enabled; check firewall settings |
| GSM connection fails | Verify modem is installed correctly; check SIM card is active; confirm APN settings |
| Forgot Cloud Connect® password | Use "Forgot Password" on the login page or contact Kuntze support |
