When to Use Local Network Access
| Use Case | Local Network Access |
|---|---|
| Monitor from office computer on same network | Ideal |
| Multiple users need simultaneous access | Ideal |
| No internet available but LAN exists | Ideal |
| Access from outside the building | Use Cloud Connect® instead |
| No network infrastructure at all | Use Wi-Fi Access Point (App Connect) instead |
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Cannot reach the IP address | Ensure your device is on the same network as the NEON® ONE |
| No IP address displayed | Check Ethernet cable connection; verify network has DHCP enabled |
| Page loads slowly | Check network congestion; try a different browser |
| IP address changed | Check Remote Access menu for current IP; consider setting a static IP in your router |
