What to do when you receive a check temperature input message on the analyzer.
Typical Results:
- Most common- Sensor cable not connected properly. Check connection diagram
- Common- Sensor/instrument capability
- Least common- Sensor needs replaced
Check Temperature Input
Cause: The temperature input receives no proper signal
Suggested remedies: Check Pt100/Pt1000, Check cable, Without sensor use manual compensation
- If you have connected a Pt100 or Pt1000, check if you have used the right terminals for connection and the right settings of the jumper next to the terminals. Check whether your sensor has a 2-wire or 3-wire connection, and make sure that the jumper position matches your sensor connection (Multi) or a bridge between terminals 9 and 10 is used for 2-wire sensors (Neon)
