Terminal Connections - Argon Stabiflow® / STABIFLOW® ONE
This article provides a quick reference for terminal assignments and cable color coding used during installation and service. In every table below, the terminal column is the last column.
Terminal Layout Overview
Use the terminal labels on the device to locate each block. If no diagram is available on site, verify numbering against the controller documentation before wiring.
- DIS / disinfection cable terminals: 1, 2, 3, 4
- FTG-related terminals: 7, 8, 9, 10, 50, 51
- Power input: L (Live), N (Neutral)
Cable-to-Terminal Assignment
FTG cable + FTG sensor
Wire colors, sensor-side functions, and terminal numbers in one view. The illustration shows sensor dimensions, wire breakout, and Pt100 wiring.
| Wire color | Sensor function | Terminal |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow (ge/YE) | T1 (Pt100) | 7 |
| Green (gn/GN) | T2 (Pt100) | 9 |
| Gray (gr/GY) | T2 (Pt100) | 10 |
| White (ws/WH) | Flow sensor, NO | 50 |
| Brown (br/BN) | Flow sensor, NC | 51 |
Protective ground/shield wire: gn-ge/GNYE (ground/shield at sensor side).
DIS sensor (terminals 1-4)
The DIS sensor uses the same terminal strip positions as the disinfection cable wiring (terminals 1-4). Assign each conductor by function and color as follows.
| Wire color | Notes | Terminal |
|---|---|---|
| Screen / braid (shield) | Screen | 1 |
| Brown (br/BN) | Measuring electrode | 2 |
| White (ws/WH) | Reference electrode | 3 |
| Blue (bu/BU) | Counter electrode | 4 |
Power cord
| Wire color | Notes | Terminal |
|---|---|---|
| Brown (br/BN) | Live / line (L) | L |
| Blue (bu/BU) | Neutral (N) | N |
Regional variants: Some cords use black (sw/SW) for live and white (ws/WH) for neutral—always follow the cord markings and local installation rules. Green/yellow (gn-ge/GNYE) is protective earth (PE), not neutral; do not connect PE to the N terminal.
Installation Notes
- Disconnect power before wiring or re-terminating any cable.
- Only qualified personnel may perform electrical connections.
- Verify terminal numbers before energizing the system.
- Check strain relief and shielding continuity after connection.
