Kuntze analyzers let you store configuration on an SD card for backup or to copy settings to another unit of the same type. This applies to Krypton® Multi, Krypton® DIS, and Krypton® DIS (Total) (same Memory workflow as DIS; instrument type must match when loading).
Overview
| Topic | Krypton® Multi | Krypton® DIS / DIS (Total) |
|---|---|---|
| Typical SD access | SD in lid assembly (snap-on lid) | SD on rear (four corner screws, turn unit over) |
| Save path (symbols) | SAVE SETTINGS > OK | SAVE > SETTINGS > OK |
| Load path (symbols) | LOAD SETTINGS > OK | LOAD > SETTINGS > OK |
You can restore settings after a replacement instrument, a firmware update, or after enabling add-ons. With a suitable PC tool you can edit settings files offline and load them via SD (same type restrictions apply).
Note: Settings may only be duplicated or loaded onto instruments of the same type (Multi → Multi; DIS → DIS; DIS Total → DIS Total).
